I provide support to businesses of all sizes, from one person working from a home based office to small businesses with multiple sites and tens of users. My standard service is to come to your site and, where possible resolve the issues on site.  Where it is not cost or time efficient to do this then I will remove the equipment and return it to you.

In many cases businesses will have someone internally who provides much of the day to day support, I can support that person with additional specialised expertise as and when required.

I am available on a consultancy basis where additional expertise is required by other IT companies - especially in the areas of networking, trouble shooting and Cisco networking.

I am also available to provide support on behalf of enterprise IT support departments who need support for remote offices and home based staff.

Even with the move to cloud services there are still businesses and situations where a local server is still the best solution. In many cases it is not a simple either /or but a hybrid solution with some services moved to the cloud and others being hosted on a local server.

Using Virtualisation techniques it is possible to consolidate multiple physical servers onto one physical box with savings in space and power consumption as well as allowing more efficient use of computing resources.  Virtualisation also allows more flexible backup and disaster recovery solutions with entire running machines being replicated to a remote backup location virtually in real time.
